Alexander is the founder of NOBLE, a family-run business creating artisan gelato and sorbets through carefully selected ingredients and thoughtful recipe development.
His passion for frozen desserts took on a deeper meaning with the birth of his three daughters. Wanting to create treats he could feel proud to share with his own family, Alexander set out to make products that combine indulgence with a considered approach to ingredients and quality.
In 2019, Alexander and his family began their journey in the seaside city of Odesa, Ukraine. What started with experimenting in their home kitchen grew into a family business shaped by curiosity, dedication and a desire to understand what makes truly exceptional frozen desserts.
At NOBLE, great ingredients are only the beginning. Each recipe is developed around the character of its ingredients, with careful attention to flavour, balance and texture. Whether creating gelato or sorbets, the aim is to bring out the distinctive qualities of each ingredient and deliver a smooth, expressive and memorable taste experience.
For Alexander and his family, this is what sets NOBLE apart: not simply using good ingredients, but taking the time and care to make the most of them.
Joining the SuperValu Food Academy has been an important milestone in their journey, helping the family strengthen their brand, develop their understanding of the Irish retail market and introduce their products to a wider audience.
