Second Street Bakeshop
Second Street Bakeshop was born from a lifelong passion for sweet treats, a journey that began at age 15 baking cookies for school classmates and carried through several years of artisan baking in San Francisco before returning home to Cork.
Founded in late 2021 and graduating through the SuperValu Food Academy in 2023, Second Street Bakeshop operates out of the Cork Incubator Kitchens in Carrigaline. We handcraft award-winning, rich, buttery toffee brittle that’s coated in premium Belgian chocolate and finished with local Achill Island sea salt.
We make our toffee using natural, gluten-free, and palm-oil-free ingredients. We use sustainably sourced, fully traceable chocolate, and our packaging is both resealable and 100% recyclable.
